How we start

Three steps, no surprises.

From the first conversation to everyday support.

  1. Free assessment

We start by looking at what you already have: your computers, network, accounts, backups and security. Then we tell you plainly what we would keep, fix or change. There is no charge for this step.

  2. Onboarding

We set everything up, document it, and get your team using it. Onboarding is typically completed within about a month.

  3. One flat monthly bill

From then on we look after it: help desk, monitoring, updates and security, with ongoing support on one flat monthly bill.

The three steps, in detail

1. The free assessment

Before we suggest anything, we look at how your business runs today. That usually means going through:

  • Computers and other devices: what you have, how old each one is, and what is still under warranty.
  • Accounts and licenses: who has which accounts, and which licenses you pay for.
  • Network and Wi-Fi: your internet connection, router, firewall and wireless coverage.
  • Backups: what is backed up, where it goes, and whether it can actually be restored.
  • Security settings: multi-factor sign-in (MFA), antivirus, updates and email protection.
  • Admin access: who can change settings, install software or see everything.

Then we walk you through what we found: what to keep, what to fix first and what can wait.

2. Onboarding

Once you decide to go ahead, we take over the care of your IT. Onboarding is typically completed within about a month, and it covers:

  • Fixing urgent risks first, such as accounts without MFA, backups that are not running, or old admin accounts nobody uses.
  • Documenting everything: devices, accounts, software, network layout and vendors.
  • Installing our monitoring and security tools on your computers and servers.
  • Taking over vendor contacts, so we deal with your internet provider, phone company and software vendors for you.
  • Setting up the help desk and showing your staff how to reach it: email, phone or WhatsApp.

3. One flat monthly bill

After onboarding, looking after your IT becomes routine, billed as one flat monthly amount. Day to day, that means:

  • Help desk support for your staff when something breaks or they get stuck.
  • Monitoring and patching: your systems are watched day and night, and updates are applied for you.
  • Backups checked regularly, not just scheduled.
  • Security kept current, with accounts opened and closed as people join and leave.
  • Regular check-ins about how things are going and what is coming up.
  • A plan for upcoming replacements, so aging computers and equipment are on the radar before they fail.

Where we work

We work with businesses all over the United States. Most day-to-day support happens remotely: secure remote-support sessions, phone, email and WhatsApp.
